Crayon Boy (voiced by Richard Steven Horvitz in his male body and Grey Delisle in his female body) is a minor villain/antagonist that appears in and Alvin and the Chipmunks 3: Crime After Crime. Crayon Boy is a former elementary school student who is secretly the infamous German American serial killer known as Charles Bloom. Simon Seville (Matthew Gray Gubler) and his older brother Alvin (Justin Long) are assigned the task of locating and rescuing Brittany Miller (Christina Applegate), as well as discovering the identities of her attackers. Crayon Boy appears at the Milan Convention Center where an art exhibition is taking place, and he is making a speech with Jeanette (Anna Faris) and Eleanor Miller (Amy Poehler) at his side. Alvin and Simon arrives and Crayon Boy's cover is soon exposed, and he reveals that Brittany Miller is being hostage in a white Honda van outside with a light pink bomb vest attached to her. Alvin eventually sneak out to rescue his girlfriend Brittany and dares Crayon Boy to detonate the light pink bomb vest in front of him and the Delightful Children From Down the Lane (who is also present). Crayon Boy escapes into the rafters and Simon pursues him, having successfully removed the light pink bomb vest from Brittany, while Alvin deals with Crayon Boy's minions the Delightful Children From Down the Lane and finally kill them one by one in a brutal gunfights. In retaliation, Crayon Boy angrily hits and attacks Simon with his leather briefcase full of ransom money, but accidentally topples over the edge, and is left hanging onto Simon's bomb vest. As he struggles to keep his grip, the bomb vest rips under his weight and sends Crayon Boy plunging to his death on the roof of a parked black Toyota van.
